Commune with nature as you relax into the healing vibrations of our singing bowls, gongs, bells, and light percussion instruments. Yogi tea, water, and snack are provided to help you come out of the meditative state. 

Please bring your yoga mat, pillow and blanket or if you prefer to sit, please bring your chair.
